It's a complaint about a meal in a restaurant. The xact problems were slow service, the fact that they wer asked to leave just after they had been brought the dessert, and the cost of the dishes the waiter recommended, which were not on the menu.

PLANNING WHAT TO WRITE

The hotel that Hanna had booked was turning into a B & B, so there were noisy builders, a cold breakfast as the kitchen wasn't open, no room service or evening meal, and the manager wasn't available.
